How to figure WW pts?
I'm still learning the ropes of WW. How can I figure out the points of something I had for lunch from a cafeteria? I had a small side salad from the salad bar and a cup of sweet potato soup, which I'm sure was probably made with heavy cream.

i'm guessing the soup if made w/ the heavy cream is about 5pts
side salad is nothing. did you put any dressing on it?

Thanks!!! I've been digging around and I'm guesstimating it to be around 7 pts. At least that's what I'm going with. I'd rather over estimate then underestimate.
ETA: just some oil and red wine vinegar on my salad
