How to make a baby (boy or girl ) books?
Has anyone used these books and if so what was the result? I am preggers with girl #3 And will have 1 more baby 1yr after DD is born and I want to try this lol and maybe have a boy next time

Isn't it the Shettles Method? I don't know of books but I think there is a message board for it on Fertility Friend TTC.

There are so many theories on how to conceive a girl or boy. Part of me still thinks it's a 50-50 chance, but if I remember correctly, if you are trying for a boy, have intercourse closer to ovulation or the day of ovulation. Since male sperm swim quicker, if the egg is there, the male sperm will reach it before the female (slower) sperm. If you had intercourse a few days prior, the male will get to the egg quicker, but if the egg has not dropped when it gets there, it will die if it waits too long - and the female sperm are probably still "en route" and by the time it gets there, the egg might be there, conceving a girl. I could be very well wrong, but I think that is what it says.

there's a lot more info in the article, I didn't read the whole thing b/c I watched it the other morning.....since I skip breakfast all the time, maybe that means I'll have a girl when I get pregnant? hmmm  I better not show DH this article!! he'll have me eating bananas for breakfast, lunch & dinner!

I was just curious b/c I get preggers on the 1st try so I need to do what I can when and how they say

I read that article in the paper and it is wrong for me.
Male sperm swim fast but die quick so you need to have sex the day before or on your ovulation day....female sperm swim slow but live longer.
