10 Plum Tomatoes Chopped
1/2 Red Onion Diced
2 cloves of garlic Diced
A few Leaves Fresh Basil Chopped
a few turns of Olive Oil
a few splashes of Balsamic Vinegar (depending on your taste)
Salt & Pepper
Let sit and macerate for a few hours in the fridge.
Thinly slice some french bread on an angle and toast or broil quickly
