How to quell a nervous stomach
my tummy is out of control. just a bundle of nerves.
I am going out tonight and don't want to be sick....any home remedies out there?

Cola syrup - put it over ice.
you can get it in any CVS, Duane Reade, Rite Aid or any store of the like.

Emetrol. Very sugary syrup sold in places like CVS and such. Really helped my upset stomachs due to nausea.

bourbon and ginger( I prefer Makers Mark but Jim Beam or Jsack Daniels will do) You may think I am kidding but I had some man trouble in college that made me feel like that. A guy friend suggested it and it really helped! Plus other men think it's hot when a woman drinks a man's drink so you can soothe your bruised ego at the same time

If it is nervous and not sick-- a good glass of wine. If it is sick, then some antacid or pepto bismol, but don't take pepto if you are going to drink. You will puke!
