How to tip large catered food delivery?
I am chairing my son's school staff appreciation committee. I ordered a $300 breakfast from Panera Bread for delivery and a $700 lunch from a local sub place. Panera Bread charges a $15 delivery fee. Sub place has free delivery.
How much will I need to tip the $300 breakfast order and the $700 lunch order?
I typically tip ~10% for delivery when I get home deliveries.
Does it make a difference that it is a school event?
