I season and butter it, sprinkle some parm cheese on it wrap it in tin foil and throw it on the grill (I turn it occassionaly) and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Comes out great!

I open it up, pull the silk out leaving the husk on, coat it with seasonings and butter, and then close the husk back up and grill until the husk starts getting black. So yummy.

Re: How would you ...

we husk it, coat it in olive oil (put them in a ziploc and drizzle oil in) then wrap them in tin foil and put them on the grill for like 20 minutes.. they're delish!

We husk the whole cob...brush with olive oil, salt, & pepper and put it directly on the grill..we dont wrap it in anything and it comes out great. After a couple of early spring BBQs we now have the whole neighborhood doing it this way.

Re: How would you ...

We pull out the silk at the top, soak for about 30 minutes in water, then grill for 45 minutes.
