How would you
decorate this window in a bedroom? Does anyone have a similar one? The furniture is going to be dark wood with gold hardware. (Attached picture) I would like pops of gold decor in the room and browns/champagne, etc.
Can I put the bed right in front of the window? The room extends about a foot by the window. Or, should I put it on an empty wall and leave the window open? Image Attachment(s):

Re: How would you
I have a similar window in DS' room. I would put a single curtain rod along the top of the rectangle window with long floor length curtains on either side. I wouldn't do anything with the crescent window. We didn't even put a shade on that window in DS's room - love the natural light.
Personally I would probably do a black or dark bronze rod. But its hard to know without seeing your furniture and bedding.
ETA: that's also a very sweet little space to maybe put a nice accent chair on one side of the window with a nice decorative pillow on it

Re: How would you
I would do Roman shades in either a fabric or bamboo on the three windows and leave the rounded part without any covering. Unless you want to hang your rod close to the ceiling I would not do panels.

Can I do wood horizontal blinds then a curtain rod along the top of the rectangular window? I want to dress it up but have it easy to open and close everything.

Re: How would you
Yes, really any type horizontal blind would look nice. For me personally, I wouldn't do the panels unless its hung above the rounded window (for floor length), or if the rod runs along the top of the rectangular window, then I would only do panels to the window sill, not to the floor. I think visually it would look better either of those ways.
