How would you "spend" 22 WW points
I just started WW. My goal is to lose 15 pounds and I get 22 points per day. I find that I start the day out well, but by the time dinner comes around, I have hardly any points left for a decent dinner. Does anyone have any good "spending" advice for points?

0 pointers. Live veggies help spread the points out. There are also soups the have low points. Cambells Select and progresso, add a salad w/spray dressing. I used chicken, beef broth in my meals to add moisture or volume. As with any diet drinking lots of water through out the day helps too. Good luck! You will do great!

Re: How would you "spend" 22 WW points
Yeah it's not easy but I find if you plan ahead it makes it much easier. I agree low point or no point items are key for snacking on! Basically at this point you want to make every calorie count so the less empty calories the better.
I work out in the morning so I have been trying to have a full breakfast that is low in points (I try and have both carbs and protein). I find that most of my points go to dinner and snacks or dessert at night.
Breakfast (2.5-3 pts) -Kashi go lean cereal and a piece of fruit (3/4 cup and 2/3 cup milk) = 2.5 pts +1 = 3.5 pts -3 egg whites with veggies and oatmeal = 3 pts -1 light bagel with egg whites and a slice of 2% cheese = 2.5 pts -1 whole egg and a slice of ezekiel toast (3 pts)
Lunch I try and have leftovers or I will make a low point lunch like a wrap and eat it with some baby carrots, pretzels or a side salad. I also like to get low-point soup for lunch too.
A good low point lunch is having something like the Damascus whole wheat wrap (2 pts) plus 2 oz Boars head buffalo chicken breast (1 pt) and lettuce and tomatoes. It's great for days when you know when you are eating a lot of points for dinner.
Dinner for me varies but I tend to eat 7 pts or more for dinner but you can have lower point dinners by having grilled meats with a ton of grilled veggies and something like a 1/2 cup of brown rice (2 pts), 1/2 cup of whole wheat couscous (1.5 pts) or a 1/2 cup of quinoa (2 pts). The ww chili recipe is a really great low point filling dinner as well.
After dinner I like to snack so I leave room for 94% fat free popcorn (2 pts - I eat the TJ's mini bag) or lately I have been loving the weight watchers 1 pt giant fudge bars.

Re: How would you "spend" 22 WW points
I get 20 pts in a day so I try to eat a lot of little things so I'm never hungry.
So a typical day I would eat:
banana - 2 pts cup of strawberries - 1pt cup of pineapple - 2pts celery - 0 pts grilled chicken on lettuce w/cucumbers & vinegrette dressing - 5pts cup of snow peas - 0pts hamburger - 6pts baked sweet potato fries - 3pts cup of milk - 2 pts
I always round up so this equals 21 pts. But I'm going on the elliptical for 40 minutes tonight so that'll work it off plus some
I also usually eat light multi-grain english muffins for 1 pt, the Zero pt Progresso soups, 94% fat free popcorn for 1pt, cup of cucumbers for 0 pts, etc
