I woudn't wear anything underneath it if I was pairing it with sexy heels or sexy high-heeled tall boots. I might try a turtleneck if I was pairing it with tall flat boots.

Tall fitted brown boots, simple earnigs, a watch and bracelett(?). Iw ouldn't do a turtleneck or a tank. It looks killer like it is. I LOVE this dress

A turtleneck would take away from the cute shape of this dress. I'd wear it as is, maybe with a tank underneath if it was itchy or the neckline was too low. And it would look HOT with high brown boots.
