How's Target's baby registry?
Talk to me about the good, bad, and the ugly... The only stroller, high chair, and PNP that I like are available at Target. I figured I'd register for a few small things there as well- possibly...
anyone have any insight?? Thank you!!

Re: How's Target's baby registry?
i registered at target because they have the glider that matches my crib! I also registered for some other smaller things and a highchair. the store does not have the biggest selection . . . but i think it's fine as long as you are going to register somewhere else as well. we also registered at buy buy baby.HTH

i would advise against it. i have heard that if someone gives you something off your registry w/o a receipt, they will not take it back. they have a very strict return policy--only 2 returns a year w/o a receipt, and it must be under 20 dollars.

Re: How's Target's baby registry?
Thanks for the information... I was/is most concerned with the return policy when registering. Ughhh- sounds frustrating. I definitely must register for my stroller, PNP, high chair, and car seat there. Its the only place that carries it

Register for those items at Target and everything else at another place. I had this same dilemma when I was registering. Then I found another pattern that I liked better at Babies R Us.

Re: How's Target's baby registry?
I have a registry at Target and haven't had any problems with it...So far I returned (2) packages of onesies that were bought off the registry but I didn't have a receipt for. They now keep a registry purchase log which keeps track of the purchase history so you don't actually need a receipt anymore...and then they give you the return on a store credit. HTH I think that the problem comes in with random baby items that you don't have on your registry and don't have a receipt for...at that point it is a case by case basis.

Thank you! Good to know. I think I'll stick to some simple basics (a few) and the big items.. I went back to target today as a 2nd check & I really haven't found anything I love as much as the Eddie Bauer items..
Thanks for the input!!
