do you usually need experience to get hired? Whats a general salary do you think you'd get for full time, no experience?

I attempted in the past to do the same thing. I found it very difficult. If this is something that you are really interested in doing, you best bet is to start off as an HR assistant but I must warn you that the pay is poor.....high 20's.
