HSG and cycle question
I had a HSG a couple of weeks ago.., lately my clycles have been 40 to 50 days.. After the HSG I bled heavily for a day where I thought it was my period. Do HSGs affect cycles?? Thanks in advance!

Was the bleeding immediately after the HSG? If so, and if it was only 1 day, you bled because of the procedure, not AF.

I spotted after the procedure.. The one day heavy bleeding occured like 14 days later

No HPT... The dr wanted us to hold off until all test results were in... I see him Thurs to find out all results and make a plan

did u only bleed for one day? what cd was it..
if the bleeding was 2 weeks after the hsg it is unrelated prob

I bled on cd 24 heavily for a half day... Then it stopped.. I'm on cd 29 now and nothing.. My cycles lately have been 40-50 days... I had HSG on cd 10

i would take a hpt test just to be sure but sounds like just some mid cycle bleeding
