Its really not a painfully exam but you can take 2 advil before you go....

I took two advil before I went for the exam and was fine.

Like everyone said two advils about a 1/2 hour before. Its not that bad.

I took a couple Motrin beforehand, but what helped me the most was I took 1/2 a Xanax before to relax me. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
