I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you, maybe you can call your drs office? They are things yuo need to know since they could change the results of the test.

No ma'am, you can't shower and no pre-seed.
Showers and pre-seed can affect the balance in your vagina and change the whole test.

hmmm most RE's don't do that test .....anymore ...so I don't know much about it .....i think they find it inconclusive but preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant and you don't want that to interfere.....

Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that they sometimes advise since Clomid can make your CM dry up.
