Are you petrified with this job market or am I the only one?

Also anyone transition from Recruiting to HR and if so how did you do it.

I am a FT recruiter and well compensated but I hearing that I am one of the "lucky" ones and its hard to find many of the well compensated jobs unless you do Agency recruiting...I was thinking of jumping on the BR bandwagon but not sure how to do it..any sugesstios would be appreciated.
