hunger pains
I always feel hungry. Even after a meal my stomach feels empty. It feels similar to typical hunger pains/pangs I'd feel pre pregnancy if I hadn't eaten all day. I'm eating plenty so I don't think it's true hunger causing it....Maybe increased acid in my stomach???? Anyone else have this? Any suggestions/remedies? Do you think tums would help?

Definitely try tums. Either way the calcium is great for you during pregancy so I pop them whenever I have an issue. Sometimes they help, sometimes they don't. Maybe make sure you're having lots of small meals throughout the day too.
