ETA: I think it's a great price but
I would drive around the area before jumping in...jmo. I checked out a handfull of houses in that section of Harborfields SD.

I agree definitely check out the area. I believe that is pretty close to some of the less desirable parts of Huntington Station- but I had a friend that lived in a nice neighborhood very close to there in a beautiful house. Harborfields SD is also a big plus with that house.

i know where that house is, its a cute area, called robbins park. About 2 blocks away they just built a new developement with big houses practically right on park ave.
not a bad price for Harborfields.

Right - Robins Park. When I was looking the going price in there was ~$469k...and I thought they were out of their mind (of course those houses sat and I have no idea what they went for, in the end). I felt the seller's were just riding on the SD but not caring so much about the community...but $399k is a good price for any area on LI.
Those houses on Park Ave look rediculous  ..and 3 of them are butted right up to Park Ave.
