hurt my back strength training
I have such a pinch in my back on the right hand side.... its killing me just sitting in my chair. I worked out Sat morning w/ my trainer and pushed myself hard, then went for an intense run in the park on Sun... I had a heating pad on all night, but it didn't help. How am I going to get thru this day I don't want to take anything because I want to pay attention to the pain so I don't overdue it tomrrow (I'm w/ my trainer) but OUCH!

You should probably take a day or two and allow your body to heal. If you push yourself too soon, you could end up out of commission for longer than that. I would suggest using thermacare heat wraps to get through work. They're awesome and last a good 8 hours. feel better
