Hush Puppies at Ben's Kosher Deli
how is it that I have been going to this restaurant for YEARS and never tried this before??? 
it's a hot dog wrapped in a potato knish - soft potato on the inside, crispy potato on the outside

I can't eat hot dogs, but everytime we go to a kosher deli for dinner, DH devours one (or two) of those!

But that isn't a true hush puppy is it? Most hush puppies don't have hotdog in them, do they?
And we go there too and never saw this either.
