Hydroxycut??

Has anyone used or know anything about hydroxycut?

My best friend just bought it and I was just wondering if anyone had any personal experience with it? I am nervous about ALL diet pills.

I've used it both with and without ephedra (which is no longer available). Now it's basically a caffiene supplement and it raises your heart rate, metabolism, etc. Might give you the shakes (like a lot of coffee would) so go slowly at first. It does suppress appetite and gives energy to workout harder. You can get generic versions at CVS for cheaper too.
