My was 350 I think for 8.
I went to a private sessions in someone's home.

I thought it was. I lasted until an hour before I delivered and wound up with the epidural. If I would have realized that I was so far along I think I could have made it without one.
The hypnobirthing helps relax you and calms your fears. I went into that room and I really was scared. I had a very positive birth experience.

I just got the Hypnobirthing book and am really looking forward to reading it!!!
Can't afford the classes  The Bradley's are expensive enough!
