Hypoventalating here- bug related
I am at my work alone.... I was doing work and a GIANT HAIRY BLACK SPIDER about the size of a QUARTER walked across my desk. I was screaming, and very spider phobic. I am so sceeved out, I ended up running for windex throwing it on it, and then throwing 3 pieces of paper on it and stepping on it, and I heard it SMUSH. I took what seemed like a half a roll of paper towels and picked up the paper, and it was NOT there, I then noticed it was curled up next to the desk. I am leaving it for my boss. I am so GROSSED out ..... HELP! sorry to gross anyone put. I keep telling myself I am bigger then it..........

I have the heebeegeebees here! I cannot wait to leave at 12:30. I was gagging, and called my sister, she said I was screaming so much she thought something really bad happened. I am okay with a lot of things, but big hairy spiders are NOT one of them!

It is almost noon, you can do it. If you are a Sirius or XM subscriber you can listen to them online. That might help keep your mind occupied. Another music webiste is live365. Just find something that makes noise so you don't feel alone. Only a half hour left, stick with it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who loses it over spiders and any bug really!!!

I feel the same way about bugs. I don't blame you, I even hate crushing them b/c I don't want to touch them at all. I scream when I do it...lol....

Re: Hypoventalating here- bug related
Sorry you're freaked out.
My brother (believe it or not who tortured me as a kid) is afraid of bugs.
I learned what they were, how they lived and why they helped us in order to one-up him. I'm so totally ok with them. (except flying roaches)
Now I’m ‘that’ office girl. The one you call on to remove the cricket from your desk, Take the big ant away, scoop up spiders, push off moths, etc.
Boy have I seen some screamers in my life. My first Corporate job ever I heard a blood curling scream that went on and on and then she fainted. By the time she came around, she screamed again and pointed. Sad part was, it was a fake spider for Halloween someone wanted to play a trick on her. Just small enough to look real and it was hairy. But you could really tell it was plastic, the wrong color black with a painted smile on it and eyes with eyelashes but she couldn’t see past the hairy part.
