That happened to me, and I got all excited, and it turned out to be a money-making scam to get you to buy a book with your picture featured in it.

Oooh yah. I get that one all the time. They always want me to go to Vegas and spend all this money so they can give me my award And I can even upgrade my award! Yeh ok!!

Picture.com, right? I got that too years ago and once I researched it and found out it was a scam, I put an article on my blog about it.
I'm glad people are finding my article on it, and one of them is encouraging me to report these guys to government agencies. I don't have my letter anymore but I'm thinking of going further with it, using all the comments and emails I've gotten from people about it.

Yes that is the website. picture.com that is the scam. I couldn't think of the name. Def stay away from them.
