Totally normal. I am 30wks also and my little boy was breech around 26 weeks and I knew the second he flipped because every time I got up I had to hold my stomach because of the pressure and I felt like I had to pee every ten min's.
I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and he said during the sono that his head was down

It is normal but I would go to the doctor, they made me come in for extreme pressure and I felt better after I was assured that it was normal.

If the baby's head is down, chances are you will feel some sort of pressure down there. I'm 32w and he's definitely head down, and I am reminded of that every time I stand up from sitting a while, or laying b/c I feel like I'm waddling! It takes a few steps for my hips/legs to kind of stretch out so I can walk comfortably. I esp love when this happens at work and I get the funny stares!

yup! I posted about this around 29/30 weeks.. I had really bad pressure down there and all over my pelvis. It would be especially bad when I turn over in bed or get up from sitting. I thought I was dialating!!!
I went to the Dr. and everything was closed (thank God) but when we did a sono we found out the baby's head was down! Dr. said that was the reason for the pressure + ligaments too.
