i am at Top Point getting JHS as we speak!!! Update 9/21
So I made it here and I am so nervous!!!!! Wish me luck. I know its not my first time but its a new place and last time I was sooo unhappy!!! I will give you all a review when I get home! Wish me luck!
UPDATE- I FINISHED!!! Ok...so. I have not washed it yet obviously bc i have to wait the full 48 hours. So, I have to say, Tracey at Top Point was really A DOLL!!! (thanks Beth!). I got a little nervous though at the end . I am very familiar with the whole process so I doknow what to expect. So after they did the whole ironing process and then put the permanent lotion on and washed my hair I got nervous. she was drying my hair and it was doing the same thing again (like my former place). it dies straight but looks FRIED and FRIZZY. She was drying it on a very low, cool setting and I was getting crazy (I know that is what you are "supposed" to do but I knew it was not getting me anywhere. So I asked her if I can dry it myself. So in 5 seconds I got my hair looking awesome!. i have bangs and they need to be blown with a drier and round brush to look decent. SO I dont know what to expect when I wash it Monday. See the last time she had to (the old place) dry it with a round brush, trim it, iron it, trim it some more and then iron again for it to look decent and then it just felt like straw. this time I thought we were headed down the same road at first but once I put the blow drier on hot and used the correct brush I was able to get it looking great and VERY Shiny. I guess after 7 times I am not going to get it to be wash and air dry (i never really had that though even years ago, I always had to blow dry it if I wanted it to have body and be smooth, but what UPSET ME SOO much last time was the fact that I had to iron it everyday and blow dry it and that it felt horrible. This is the first time I dont have the "broom Stick" feel and look, so I am so anxious to see if that is the case once I wash it. Right now it looks like it does when I get a REALLY good blow out and it usually NEVER looks like that when I first get it done. I usually hate it at first. The only thing is there is one spot on the left side of my head, under 1 layer of hair that has a wave to it. I guess she missed a spot witb the straightening or it didnt take right there for some reason. It should be no biggie as I can just blow it quickly there at that spot (hopefully). Thank ladies for all your help!

Yes, it came out great both times. Janice did my hair. I let them do a trim. It was fine.
I just switched to Hair Club IB because it was cheaper... but Top Point did do a great job.

I was torn between hairclub and top point. I couldn't find anyone really who went to hairclub (must have missed your post). Hairclub is definately more convenient for me but we will see next time. I didn't realize how much I was overpaying for it all of these years!!! I was getting charge 350 at my old place (which I thought was a deal!) Top point I think will be around 175. What was hair club? How much do you usually tip??

I am glad you had a good experince
I would get some bio silk and use it after you wash it
it will help add moisture back in
