I am driving myself nuts here. WR: Menu Wording help
One of my best friends is getting married in amonth and she is a DIY queen. Well anyway I was looking through old wedding reviews and I came upon a really cool way to say
First course
Entree
Dessert
Well now I cannot find it. I am looking for the creative ladies and past brides for help.
Beyond
First
Main
Dessert
can you think of another creative way to word this on a wedding menu

I have musical theater on the brain:
Overture (salad)
Entre act (if there is a second dish before the main course)
Strike Up The Band/The Show Stopper (the main course is harder)
Finale (dessert)
I hope this attempt wasn't lame.
