I am going for a run on the beach!
I just downloaded new songs for my ipod
and now I am off- it's going to be tough since I haven't ran in a few weeks- but it will be good wake up call
my butt needs a beach run- and since my beach days are almost done- I want to enjoy it while I can

OMG- I got alittle carried away
I ran 2.5 miles- did side steps inbetween jetties and high skips- I must be nuts
everything hurts- but I have never felt better!

yes- but I can't walk so well- everything hurts- but in a good way!
I took today off- and I do it again tomorrow
I am aiming for 3 days a week - plus Jake is making take some class on sunday at his friends school- some type of fighting- so that's good
