I am having such a fat day
All I have eaten all day is crap. I started with a cup of Joe followed by a b&w cookie, two tootsie roll pops, a 5 serving bag of potato chips, and 6 almond cookies. I wanna puke right about now, I'm at a training with nothing but crap in the vending machines

Don't beat yourself up. We all have those moments. Just drink a lot of water tonight and tomorrow is a new day

I've had those days, too. A good thing to do is to just start over immediately. Don't beat yourself up, we all have those days.
