i am officially sick!!!
i was up all night blowing my poor nose... my throat is dry and scratchy,,
what can i take for congestion? other than saline nasal spray?

I have been sick for 2 weeks. The only thing I was told to take was Robitussen - no letters - I asked for help at CVS and they showed me which one to take. It helped a little bit.

I had the stomach virus last week and then woke up Sat with a sore troat, which is now full blown cold. Sudafed cold has helped at night. I'm trying not to take anything during the day if I don't have to.

My doctor told me I could take tylenol cold and I did a couple of times. Hope you feel better.

That was me last week... it sucks!!! I hope you get some relief very soon.
As far as taking somthing, my Doctor said Robitussin was ok (DM, I think) but call your own Dr. just to check. I ended up not taking anything because of my paranoia.
