I am on the phone over an hour because
Stupid X-BOX is charging us $$$ monthly for some type of game thing... we do not even have an xbox. we asked who opened it and they will not tell us It seems the crooks have more rights....

How Aggravating!!! I had almost the same issue tonight over a phone bill from a company that I have never even heard of!! When I asked for an explanation of services, the guy yelled at me...yes, that's right...YELLED at me. Then he proceeded to tell me that in order to get that information, it would take 6-8 weeks and by then, it would be reported on our credit. They refused to give me their company information even after I called back TWICE!! Good Luck to you! It sure does seem like the crooks have the upper hand!
