I am ready to have a nervous breakdown
Christopher is teething so bad I don't know what to do. He was absolutely misrable all day throwing nasty temper tantrums and crying like i've never seen. DH and I keep fighting from all the stress. I don't understand why he has to suffer like this with every tooth. The kid hasnt had a break since he started teething at 4 months.

Re: I am ready to have a nervous breakdown
Have you tried Tylenol? I use it as a last resort. I don't know how old your DS is, but, the Hylands teething tablets worked on my DS as well.

I just gave him tylenol on top of the motrin b/c he was that bad. The motrin always works tylenol usually doesn't nothing. Today the motrin didnt even work I do have the teething tablets and I think I am going to try them tomorrow.

Re: I am ready to have a nervous breakdown
I don't know what is in the Hyland's Teething Tablets but for some reason they seemed to comfort DS.
We also did tylenol/motrin combo too but something about the Hyland's works really well.
In terms of the stress, we've been there a lot this year. I'm the one who tends to snap when something is wrong with DS because I'm a terrible worrier. Sometimes I just need to tune the crying out and go about comforting him like I normally would. Sometimes I find that I'm singing to him softly and there is no chance he can even hear me over the screaming. But if I don't do it I get very agitated and that is when the snapping occurs.

Hylands teething tablets is the only thing that works for DD. I give her those and them put some orajel on her gums.
