I am really upset..Does your belly sometimes look smaller?

I am 23+ weeks and I am hardly showing to begin with and today my stomach actually looks a little smaller but it also changes throughout the day. Some woman that I work with just said to me "You look skinny today, how did that happen?" I was like "Shut up!!" I hate people and now I am worried again that something is wrong. Everytime I go to the dr. I tell her how I am concerned that I am not really showing and she keeps telling me that the baby is fine and still measuring 1 week ahead of schedule. Now I am going to have a complex for the rest of the day...I hate people

I really wasn't showing at 23 weeks. I'm 38+ weeks and people in my building are just figuring out that I'm pregnant. Don't worry about it...all women carry different.

As long as your Dr. isn't concerned, do your best not to let yourself get too upset. Everybody is different and as long as the baby is fine, that's all that's important. I would also bet that the people making these comments are actually trying to compliment you.

This happens to me too. I change sizes throughout the day and from one day to another.

And, yes, everyone has something to say about it.

Don't let them get to you....

If it makes you feel better - - -no one (that I didn't tell) knew I was preggo in my office until I was 22 week and I wore a real maternity shirt and even then it took to 3pm before someone realized!!! But even then some people didn't know until much later - enjoy the skinny time (I know it is hard - you just want to look preggo). My belly was tiny at 23 weeks but by 26 - I really popped out - you'll get there!!!!!!

Try not to worry - I know its difficult - but if your doctor says everything is fine than I am sure it is. I definitely have days where I look huge and then the next day I will look much smaller. I have no idea why but other people tell me it has happened to them so I guess It is normal.

I was 7 months preg. and people who didnt know me- wouldnt believe I was pg (when I wore reg clothes.... maternity aways makes you look bigger IMO)when I told them...

And I was huge at the end!!!
