I am so frustrated!!
I still have not gotten a penny back from Molly's second surgery. The Insurance company is giving me the runaround - as is the East Meadow Animal Hospital.
Molly still humps my DH's arm every single night because of this and she really is just not the same. I am still so pi$$ed that we brought them a perfectly healthy dog and now we may have to deal with this nonsense for the rest of her life.
All I ask is that you please pass along to anyone you know who has a pet to never ever go to the East Meadow Animal Hospital!

I'm so sorry to here that. I actually hate that hospital I worked there when I was 16 quite some time ago but I hated that place. I never liked the head doctors.

Oooh - really? I have another call into the head doctor - Dr. Thonsen because I am so sick of the runaround. I am at a loss really and don't know what to do.
