NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Police will reunite to open the 49th Annual
Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 11, The Recording Academy said on Tuesday, fueling speculation that the hit 1980s band is planning a reunion tour.

NASHVILLE (Billboard) - Reunited rock trio the Police are expected to announce a 30th anniversary world tour during a news conference in Los Angeles on Monday, the day after the group opens the
Grammy Awards.
The 11 a.m. PST press conference and "special announcement" by frontman Sting, drummer
Stewart Copeland and guitarist
Andy Summers will take place at the Whisky A Go Go nightclub in West Hollywood.
