I am so ticked with Skip HOp

I am so disappointed with my Skip Hop bag, more angry than anything.

After 2 months as my back up, light use diaper bag, it already broke. ThE shoulder STRAP CLIP broke!!! I can see if i used it alot and it's a year later, but 2 months!!

Seriously I never overpacked this thing, Gianna only really needs a toy, sippy, diapers and wipes when we go out..


On their website you can buy another one for 3 bucks with shipping, but I don't think it should break since it's practically brand new.

I left messages for their customer service dept, and NO CALL BACK.

Errrr...thanks for letting me vent, I DID LOVE my skip hop bag.....

Anyone else ever have a strap break? I have the duo.
