I am sooooooo pi$$ed right now with Kodak Gallery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to add more pics to my album where I keep all my pics from my favor business. I go to Kodak Gallery and bam...ALL MY ALBUMS HAVE BEEN DELETED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nevermind my favor pics, but all the albums of my kids, vacations, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!
I emailed them and they said they emailed me several times that I needed to make a purchase or else they would delete my albums.
OK...number one...NEVER did I get these emails!!!! EVER!! And I read my emails DAILY!!!
Number 2... I order from them all the time!!
And now...I went to upload pics so I CAN order some so I can get my albums back and there's no friggin BROWSE button. How the frig am I supposed to get my pics???
I am so beyond pi$$ED right now!!!
From now on...Snapfish for Sutterfly or Winkflash for me!!!

You've made me completely paranoid about losing all of my photos. Kodakgallery is my backup of my entire external hard drive - not to mention every photoshoot I've taken.
I'm off to email their customer service & yell at them.

No...nowhere!!
Kodak emailed me back and said the photos aren't deleted permanently...they'll put my albums back after I make a purchase.
W T F??? I am sooooo mad right now...and I really want to cry. 
ETA- And I can't even MAKE a purchase because I uploaded their Easy Share crap and now I don't have ANY browse button to select the pics I want to order!!!

Yeah they deleted mine as well, but in all fairness I never ordered anything from them in the 3 years I was a member.
Fortunately I do have them backed up on m computer and on an external hard drive that we keep in a fire proof safe.

Wait, I still have the album..that u sent me. still works.
Well....thank GOD I saved my favor pics as my "Favorites" so when I click on that...it does work. But I cannot upload any more pics to the album.
And I am seriously computer retarded...What's an external drive?
