I want to vote.
Just don't know WHO to vote for. I promised myself MONTHS ago I would pay attention to debates, reports, facts, etc. But I have not been as diligent as I wanted to.
I know some time ago there was a website that had a bunch of questions and it calculated who you should vote for. Is there still such a site?
How can I figure out who to vote for??

I recommend reading about the issues and what the candidate's views are:
Issues - Obama vs. McCain
Read what's important to you and vote for who you feel shares your value on each.
Ie. who's for the environment, who's has a better healthcare plan, etc.

This is a quiz of sorts .... At the end, it tells you who you agreed with or disagreed with on the big issues.

I suggest going to multiple sites to get information as well. If you just go to one site there's a good chance it will have a particular slant to the information.
Here's another link to consider. It lets you look at issues that matter to you (ie: economy, gun control, etc.) and lists information on the candidates positions.

I agree with the OP.... you must be careful. a lot of sites (including even 'reputable' news organizations) will frequently have a bias in their writing, so there is no one true trustworthy 'cliffnotes' source for political info.
try to concentrate on discussions by the candidate of their own policies... ignore when they critique the other person's policies... the criticisms often include inaccuracies
I should add that the candidates also spin their own policies to make them sound more effective. you should try to find discussions of nonpartisan experts on the viability of each policy.... hard to do.......
