I am sure I asked this before: When did you feel kicks?

I am 19 1/2 weeks today and I keep hearing so many people say they feel kicks. I feel nothing. Once in awhile, I might feel something strange, but since this is my first pregnancy, I have no clue what it is, if it is just bubbles or something.

Is it too early for me to feel kicks? I have no idea what flutters are supposed to feel like and if someone tells me, I am sure I will convince myself that I feel them, which is pointless.

You wouldn't feel kicks that early. The bubbles may very well be flutters though. That's how the movements starts- just like little bumbs here and there. The kicks won't come for a while longer. I'm 21 weeks with my second and am still feeling irregular flutters.

At 15 weeks I felt flutters, 18 weeks I felt more than flutters (from the outside lightly) and at 20 weeks I felt constant movement. At 23ish weeks I started to feel all day every day. I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and we saw the baby kick my stomach from the outside starting this week. Everyone is different, but that was my movement timeline!

I am 26 weeks now. Only started to feel real "kicks" at like 22 weeks. Before that it was just sporadic flutters and bubbles! Dont worry!!

I never felt "flutters" still don't know what people mean by them. My first movement I felt were "taps" Like he was tapping me from the inside with his finger. that was in my early 20's (week wise).
Everyone's different though Mich. It all depends on the position of Miss Bean and the position of your "stuff" too!!

My docotor and tech said sometimes even 20 weeks is too early to feel anything. I have also felt somethings but not alot. I also have an anterior placenta. My doc said withing the next few weeks i should start feeling her move more.

Never had a flutter..felt real thumps at around 21/22 weeks

This is exactly what I feel now. It's more lke tapping from the inside really low, below my belly button.

I'm 18.5 weeks. It's more consistant over the last few days. Then I get a flutter here and there too. Still really low

I felt flutters here and there but, I didn't feel real kicks until 22 weeks. I have an anterior placenta so it takes longer to feel them usually.

My baby is a wiggly worm and it used to bother me when they would do the doppler or be in a ultrasound and I couldn't feel the baby move.

then miss bean is communicating!!! YIPPIE!!!

ETA: the thumps were just above the pubic bone. you wont feel anything too far up on your stomach for a while.

i didnt feel an actual kick somewhere between 20-21 weeks.

this is my 2nd time around and i am actually feeling the baby later (sort of).

i felt "bubbles" earlier on but i didn't feel any thumps until 17 weeks. with DS i was feeling him move around a lot by 16 weeks.

now, at 19.5 weeks the movement is still sporadic, and i'd characterize it as more of a "rolling around" thank kicking.

I felt a thump at 18 wks, then nothing until 20 wks where I felt another thump. Then came the kicks around 21 or 22 wks - I think.

Lin-that wasn't me Miss Bean is stubborn.

I felt real kicks around 20-21 weeks. They were still sporadic for a few weeks after they started, I would say around 22-23 weeks they became more consistent. They were very very low in the beginning.

I did not feel ANYTHING - not even flutters - until 24 weeks with DD and I do not have that titled uterus nonsense

I started feeling this baby at like 14 weeks this time but its my third. I cant remember exactly, but #2 was somewhere inthe middle of that, like 18 or 20 weeks.

I didn't feel anything until around 23-24 weeks. I never felt "flutters".

I am 20 weeks, almost 21 and I feel real kicks. I mostly feel them at night when I lay down. They are sporatic during the day. I think everyone is different.

I got little gas bubbles around 13 weeks, but they were very sporatic. Then I got thumps at 17 weeks, and my DH felt them from the out side at 17 1/2 weeks. BUT that is very early for a first time mom and I think the only reason why we felt them is because I have a very low placenta. And even now at 29 weeks, my baby does not really kick, just sort of rolls back and forth.

You will feel them really soon! Don't worry.

I am feeing lots of "movement" at 20 weeks, however I wouldn't call it kicks. (oh just felt one as I was typing this) I have an anterior placenta also, but I seem to feeling lots of movement.

Its NOT too early! I felt thumps by 17 weeks. By 19 weeks they were consistent kicks. Some women are able to feel things very early on. It was my first pregnancy and I was able to feel DS starting super early. It all depends on how your placenta is lying and where the baby is located.
