With drugs approx. $20K out of pocket
W/out drugs, probably around $15K
Check into the NYS Grant or Shared Expense programs also.

I haven't seen my last IVF bill, but I can't imagine it's different from my first. My RE practice billed my insurance $9800 there abouts. Our out of pocket expenses (not including meds) was about $1700 out of that $9800

Just plain IVF or something more?
When I was self pay (3 years ago), we paid $10,050 for the IVF cycle with ICSI and assisted hatching. The meds were an additional $3,000+.
My last cycle in January was with the grant but the grant price was based on a cycle price of $12,100 which included ICSI and the meds. Assisted hatching was an additional $676.
