I am totally in love with my doctor (food related)
So after my sonogram and getting a new vitamin rx he was making sure I had no questions.
I wanted clarification on this 'moderation' idea of food.
Really, its moderation.
Fish no more than twice a week, but if you can limit it to once, that's fine.
1 measure cup of water every hour. Gallon is excessive.
Sushi is only ok if its a reputable place and again only once a week.
Hotdogs/cold cuts/etc all fine in a one off situtation. Not a big deal, just don't go nuts.
no alochol at all (im ok with that)
Otherwise, eat what you want, stay healthy try to eat well, but don't deprive yourself.
GOD I LOVE THIS MAN 
ETA: I already cut all coke/tea so he was real happy about that.

this confuses me, because there's about 16 cups in a gallon- does he mean only 1 cup an hour whil eyou're awake? I'm usually up 14-16 hours anyway.

Yeah, a gallon can be drunk easily. I fill up a half liter bottle about 6-8 times a *work* day...that's over a gallon.

yeah something like that.
I said I drink about 2 liters a day and he was fine with that.
That's four water bottles
