I am very happy to announce
today is my 3rd day back on WW. I went food shopping yesterday, and bought everything I need to stay on track. I actually fell better about myself after eating so well for the past 2 days.
Thank you all for your support.
I have 1 question: How many milk servings does a WW Yogurt count for?
I find doing it online alot of fun.
