I am watching schindler's list
and its still so surreal for me... We complain of the economy and everything but we really need to give thanks that we have the freedom we have and we are not been prosecuted because of who we are.. I can't put in my mind that this was only 60+ years ago

i haven't seen it in a while. the day i saw it in the theatre, it was surreal. everyone left theatre so quiet and pensive

I too saw it in the theatre with my sister. We made our way to the ladies room and bawled in each other's arms for the horrendous losses and overall inhumanity that occurred. We weren't the only ones in there. There was not one person that left that theatre talking/laughing. Everyone walked out stone faced.
