i bit the bullet and...
... i joined a gym last night.
my fat azz needs to shrink.
it's $34/month and i can bring my son once a month for no additional cost... to see if he'll like it and eventually join.
there are two one-hour sessions with a trainer per month included in the price.
my favorite "perk" is that they have a "movie theatre" where you can do your cardio while watching a movie... how cool is that!
this might become our mothly outing 
my son and i watching a movie together and walking while we watch... instead of candy/popcorn... sounds like a win/win
i'll be buying sneakers after work today and i'll start tomorrow morning
wish me luck
