Re: I booked my spa week treatments!
Spa week is twice a year. In April and October.
This year it's April 12-18.
Go to spaweek.com to register (free) and see what spas participate and what treatment they offer.
During spa week their "selected" treatments (NOT all their treatments. They usually offer 2-3 specials) is $50 only. It has to be a regular value of $100 or more.
For example I am getting a massage for $50 at Sandalwood and a facial too at Sandalwood for $50.
Some spas don't offer massages as a special for spa week. So you have to check who offers what. But it's all $50 each. You are not limited either.
ETA: It's in Manhattan, Brookyn, LI, etc...

Reiki is energy work. That's a different modality. Some people swear by it. Personally I don't have experience with it.
Personally I would go for a massage over anything else.
