I bought a scale today
It read back to me "fat"....
it made me depressed...
it was like a wake up call....
Now I must lose that intial 30 pounds to look like I did 2 years ago...and lose another 30 pounds to get to be healthy.
60 pounds, but just focusing on 30 for now.
I have bought the 30 day Shred, I will start that on Monday. I'll be on vacation til the 15th but I will go jogging and do the video EVERYDAY....
I am going to buy a Wii fit.
I had my last fat meal tonite, which was Quiznos Chicken carbonara
I don't feel good about myself right now, but in time I will.

This was me a few weeks ago(cant remember the exact date)
I was just so unhappy with my body so I started jogging/walking and eating healthy and I am already down almost 18lbs
Just remember its a lifestyle change
take it one day at a time

This was me a few weeks ago(cant remember the exact date)
I was just so unhappy with my body so I started jogging/walking and eating healthy and I am already down almost 18lbs
Just remember its a lifestyle change
take it one day at a time
i know its a life style change, im ready for it!

hey hun i am in the same boat as you i need to lose 60lbs. I signed up for nutrisytem. i am stating tomorrow morning. i think once we start doing it and see results we will feel so good.

 You can do it. Small steps. I started over a month ago and am down about 11lbs.
I am trying to focus on portion control and I walk almost everyday.
I won't lie. This week wasn't so great. I'll find out on Monday how I did.

YOU can do it!!! My wakeup call was when i went to the Dr. and my blood pressure was 170/90 and they said i needed to go on a diet, I been on my Diet for almost 4 months and i lost a total of 32 lbs.. I Wi on sunday so we shall see how well i did this week. We are here for support and again 'YOU' can do it good luck!!!
