I bought the Skip Hop Duo Double..

I love it!!!!! It is great, for twins, if you have an older child and new baby, or even if you just carry a lot of stuff.

You can carry it as a tote, as a shoulder bag or strap it on the the arms of the stroller. It has tons of zippers and compartments.

I got it at Buy Buy Baby. It is originally $80, but you can use a Bed Bath and Beyond coupon and get 20% off.

They had it in Black and in Grey.

Yes, you can. You can loop it over the handles- if it has actual handles, or if it has a bar, you can use the shoulder strap.

I know the TJ Maxx by me in CT and the double in black. I believe it was either $30 or $40.

I have one of those, its great for the summer to shove your toys into, however, it makes my stroller fall over, even if its empty!!!
