I cannot take the crying anymore - Vent
OK - Just need to vent...
Ella is now 4 months old and just cries all day long. She is on Neocate, has no blood in her stool, is not gassy, does not spit up. There has to be something wrong with her, a baby should not cry like this all day long every day. I feel like smashing my head into a wall I just cannot take it anymore. I am taking her back to the Ped. Gastro Dr. on Friday and I am hoping they can do some sort of testing on her to see if there is something wrong. I need them to fix her or I am going to lose my mind.

WOW, you poor thing.
I agree that at 4 months old, any type of Colic diagnosis etc would have faded by now. Usually they get better by this point...

I'm so sorry. My daughter cried almost all day up until that age, as well. She was also on Neocate. By 5 months, though, she was a new baby. Does she have reflux? She could have silent reflux where she doesn't actually spit up all the time, but her stomach acid is still coming up and burning her esophogus. Poor baby nad poor mommy.

I totally understand! Jacob cried 24/7 for the first 3 months and I totally thought that I was going to lose my mind! The doctor told me that he will grow out of it and I didnt believe...but the crying finally stopped at about 3 and a half months. Hang in there...it does get better!

I feel you pain my son was like this for his first 6 months. I am praying the next baby will not be this way. I really don't think I will survive.

I had a crier too and they never figured anything out. One day....she just chilled out...it was like my prayers were answered!!!  Things will get better one way or another!!!! Hang in there

I just wanted to offer my daughter has many days like this - she has reflux and somedays even her meds don't help. Do they think she has reflux?

i know how frustrating it can be
I would def mention acid reflux to the GI, my oldest used to cry to no reason whatsoever until we found out her reflux and was put on meds.
Hang in there, I hope it gets better soon for you
