I can't believe it
Casey did poopies in the house last night
I don't know if it has to do with our move. She was nervous the first day or two, but she has been fine since.
I woke up this morning and came downstairs and she was ahead of me coming down the stairs - which is unusual, cause she sleeps in every morning. Well, instead of going in the kitchen, she went to the back bedroom we have, and she looked at me then looked in the room. I walked it - and I couldn't believe it. I think it is from her nervous - cause (too much TMI but) it was not her regular poop. It was in 4 different spots. Good thing we just got the carpets professionally cleaned
I didn't yell at her or anything - I honestly feel bad - cause I feel we are causing her to be nervous. She has been walking around the house with her head hanging like she is in trouble and she has been hiding in the upstairs bedroom too.
We never had a problem with her going to the bathroom before in the house. Honestly, if she has to go that bad, she usually just wakes us up

Re: I can't believe it
How long have you guys been in the house now? It seems as if she knows what she did was wrong, so maybe she couldn't hold it in? Poor Casey

We moved in on Saturday
She is sooooo sad today. I feel so bad for her. I think it is just because she did something she knew she wasn't supposed to

Re: I can't believe it
I bet it was just nerves. When we moved into our new house, we put Bama in his crate at night and he cried. He never does that! So we let him sleep on the bed with us until he was used to his new surroundings.
Hugs for Casey!

Re: I can't believe it
maybe she is "marking her territory"??? Or she is nervous?
I'm sure she will get used to her new surroundings soon...

Re: I can't believe it
It's definitely from the move - when we got Misty she pooped in the apartment a couple of times and then stopped and when we moved in the house she did the same thing. She never goes in the house but something about the change freaks them out.

How's she doing today?
I just saw this now - she is better. Not having problems in the house, but she is having a little bit of stomach issues, lets put it one way - too much TMI but I have to clean her back end everytime she comes in the house
