I can't believe it--we're finally in contract!
After 7 months of looking and about 8 unsuccessful bids (one of which was a real heartbreaker), we finally got one! Even though it was sooo frustrating, we're glad to have waited cause this one was worth it. The relief is incredible. It was great to drive around yesterday, see all those open house signs and know we didn't have to waste our weekend trying to make it into all of them!
