I can't even believe I am posting this...I need to be institutionalized
So, we have not been down here a year yet.
We moved to South Charlotte from staten island. DH got a job in North charlotte, we moved then to North Charlotte. Then he got a promotion to a county below charlotte, so we moved back down to south charlotte this week.
I hated leaving north charlotte, I loved it there. I am in a nice spot now, but if you read my other post, I had the move from hell this week. I am still unpacking and washing EVERYTHING.
DH comes home from work tonight. Says you won't believe it....'
His director says, Leo are you ready to move again? Leo is next in line for his own store. Which is great, he should be in his own store for 2 years, then be promoted to run a few of them, which is the point when we can finally settle and buy a house.
I am trying to be great, I am trying to be nice, but I can't imagine. Its the payday we were waiting for, but again???
To make it better, Leo is asked, "Where do you want to go, if you could pick"
He says the beach or the mountains He either wants to bike and snowboard all the time, or take up kite surfing...ummm...what about schools..house prices...crime rates?? i know he is pulling for asheville. We really like it there. And the beach is great. but where do we want to be parents? All of a sudden, his tune changed and he loves the idea of Catholic School.
